Services provided: 

Bed linen and towels are included 
A wood load is included during autumn/winter (NOVEMBER - MARCH) in the first week only.
For the second week the price of wood is 15 euros per week.
Electricity is included if rental for less than 2 weeks and is metered if over two weeks and charged at 0.10 �‚� per unit 
Gas and water are included

 GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 A booking deposit of 25% is payable on one week after receipt of Contract with the balance being due 1 week prior to arrival 
Cancellation charges are pro rata depending on notice of cancellation 
A deposit of �‚�150 is payable on arrival to be refunded on departure 
The Hire Contract will be sent upon receipt of booking Payments accepted in Euro or GBP cheque
